A world-class inscription museum has been opened in Bikaner city of Rajasthan. Around 3500 rare and historical documents have been displayed in it. The International Labor Organization and the Asian Development Bank produced a joint report on “Tackling COVID-19 Youth employment crisis in Asia and Pacific”. This report says that nearly 41 lakh Indian youth have lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 crisis. The report, jointly prepared by international organizations, says that a large percentage of job losses may be faced by workers in the farm and construction sectors. In 13 countries across Asia and the Pacific, approximately 1–15 million youth may lose their jobs. According to the report, in Asia and the Pacific region, Pakistan will get the maximum jobs, followed by India. The unemployment rate in India has increased to 32.5%. However, in all countries of the region, Sri Lanka has 37. The maximum unemployment rate at the rate of 8% is that youth between the ages of 15 and 24 are suffering more losses than adults. In India, three-quarters of internships and two-thirds of firm-level apprenticeships were completely disrupted.

The Indian Council of Medical Research released the “National Cancer Registry Program Report”, 2020. According to this report, the number of cancer patients in India will increase to 1.57 million by 2025. The report also states that by the end of 2020, there will be 13.9 lakh cancer patients in the country. The report is estimated based on data obtained from 58 hospital-based cancer registries and 28 population-based cancer registries between 2012 and 2016. Tobacco-related cancer accounts for 27.1% of India’s total cancer burden in 2020. It comprises 19.7% of gastrointestinal cancers and 5.4% of cervical cancers. The highest incidence of cancer in India was seen in the northeast region. According to this report, one in four persons between 0 and 74 years of age in Arunachal Pradesh are likely to get cancer. Stomach, lung, mouth, and esophagus cancers are common in men. On the other hand, Cervical and breast cancer are common in women. The maximum number of breast cancer patients are in Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Bangalore.
To ensure the safety of passengers, Indian Railways has introduced a new system called Rail Bicycle, through which technical personnel will be able to reach the designated place for testing, monitoring, and repairing the railway tracks. Public sector banks have sanctioned more than 76 thousand crores of loans under this scheme. Of this, more than 56 thousand crore rupees have been disbursed. State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, Bank of India, Union Bank of India and HDFC Bank Limited have given maximum loans under this scheme.
